Stacy Shuman - Agency Principal
Stacy S. began her career in insurance in April 1999 at a large Independent Agency specializing in Commercial Lines for businesses. In November of 2006, Stacy left that agency and formed a partnership with a personal lines agent. She spent 15 years growing an independent agency. In 2021 Stacy ended that partnership and started her own agency. Stacy is licensed in Property, Casualty, Life & Health and Holds a Surplus Lines Brokers License in Missouri and Kansas.
Amy Munger - Sales Agent
Amy has over 15 years insurance experience in Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health insurance, She also has two college degrees. She started her career as an agent with New Casualty Insurance Specialists LLC in February 2021.
Shelly Trauernicht - Agent / Commercial Lines
Shelly is a licensed agent and has 30 years of experience in the Auto Dealers Industry and has been with the NCIS for 3 years. She is a great asset to the agency and provides great knowledge and customer service with many of the markets we specialize in.
Tiffany Farr - Agent / Personal Lines
Tiffany is a licensed agent and has 12 plus years of experience in the insurance industry. She specializes in personal lines insurance and small commercial businesses. She provides great customer service and is a very detail oriented and a knowledgeable agent.
